We welcomed Daniel to present the new BHASO and RAE system that launched July 1, 2025. For almost 30 years, Signal has been managing and expanding behavioral health services in Colorado. Signal, in partnership with the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) has been contracted to be a regional Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organizations (BHASO) for three regions of Colorado and manage these services as well as mental health services and supports.
