Signal Behavioral Health Network
We welcomed Daniel to present the new BHASO and RAE system that launched July 1, 2025. For almost 30 years, Signal has been managing and expanding behavioral health services in Colorado. Signal, in partnership with the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) has been contracted to be a regional Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organizations (BHASO) for three regions of Colorado and manage these services as well as mental health services and supports. Learn about the role of Signal in Care Navigation, Care Coordination, and provider network oversight.

Family Housing Network
In Larimer County, 40% of families experiencing homelessness have a family member who self-identifies as having a mental illness. Annette will discuss these issues of homelessness and SMI. She is dedicated to helping families overcome their challenges to move into sustainable housing. Q&A to follow.

Meghan Baker has practiced law in Colorado since 2011. She has a particular interest in issues related to juvenile justice and the child welfare system, as well as special education and mental health treatment in jails and prisons. Meghan also works with patients in the Colorado State Mental Health Hospitals.

Michael's talk focused on the critical junction of justice and serious mental/brain illnesses. It included a Q&A discussing his efforts to disentangle serious mental illness from jail and the justice system.
